In Mont Blanc country: 150m2 duplex gîte on the 1st and 2nd floors of a large working chalet-style farmhouse that also includes the owners' accommodation. Quiet, country setting. Each bedroom has a view of Mont Blanc and a private bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Private entrance to the gîte via an outside staircase (on the farm side). 1st floor: ski room, utility room, bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, 2 bunk beds 90x200cm, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV + mezzanine with access by steep staircase: 2 bunk beds 90x200cm + 2 extra beds 90cm). 2nd floor: living room with integrated kitchen area opening onto dining area and sitting area (wood-burning stove, TV, sofa).
